Happy Sunday! If you follow Express on instagram, you may have seen a familiar face taking over their feed today. I am so excited to team up with Express to style some of my favorite pairs of jeans, starting with this girlfriend pair. If you’re a girly girl like me, you’ll love this more feminine version of the boyfriend jean. They still have the loose, laid-back feel of the boyfriend version with a more fitted silhouette. I especially love this light washed, distressed pair – they can easily be dressed up like I did with ultra-high heels and a blazer or made casual with a pair of tennies and a t-shirt.

I styled the jeans with this adorable pink peplum top and striped blazer I also found at Express. To take the color up another notch, I accessorized with this turquoise statement necklace, also from Express. I finished the look with a quilted black clutch and pink tinted sunnies from the brand. I think I promised this post to be up via instagram over a week ago, but this little blog of mine hasn’t gotten much love lately because of a four letter word that we’re all familiar with – BUSY.  If you follow me on instagram, you might have seen photos from our new home that we just began moving into last Friday. I’m marrying a do-everything-now type of man, so I had to make decisions about furniture and decorating ultra-fast, which has kept me insanely busy over the last week. But the good news is, as of last night, our office is up and running so IU’m currently typing this post from my new little blogging space. 🙂 Now onto meets about this look courtesy of one of my favorite brands, Show Me Your Mumu.

To know Show Me Your Mumu is to love the brand, but if you haven’t heard of them, you’ll thank me later. Their assortment of the most gorgeous prints ever in easy, breezy comfortable clothing options is to-die-for, especially for busy bees like myself. This t-back maxi dress is not only beautiful, but it is so cozy and easy to throw on on one of those mornings when there simply isn’t enough time to think about your outfit. I played up the pink floral pattern in the dress by adding my go-to pink statement necklacethese adorable bow-topped jelly sandals by Ted Baker and my Kate Spade bag.

This i the perfect wear-anywhere dress. I’ve worn it to the lake and also to the office paired with a white blazer.

Happy Sunday! Sunday’s might just be my favorite day of the week (as long as I don’t think about the dreadful day that comes after it), so I thought it was the perfect time to share this sunny, happy look with you all. I found this bright and cheerful yellow dress (similar) online at Nasty Gal and I was instantly drawn not just to the color, but also the twirly, pleated skirt and the unexpected cutouts on the sides.

To style it, my first thought was to add more color (what else?!) I love the look of yellow and cobalt blue together so this lace-up pair was the ultimate complement. To tie the two bright hues together, I accessorized with this color, tribal-chic tassel clutch that has become a staple all summer long.

The color of this dress just epitomizes happiness, so this statement “Happy” necklace was an easy choice for jewelry. My blue mirrored sunnies I’m currently borrowing from Ditto was the perfect way to add another blue pop. Don’t forget – you can get designer sunnies like these Ray Bans I’m wearing sent straight to your mailbox too for just $20 a month AND you can get your first month FREE with code VANDIFAIR! I think this a look Joy from Disney Pixar’s Inside Out would enjoy. Do you agree?

If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you’ll know that maxi’s and full skirts are some of my favorites to style in my wardrobe, so you can imagine the butterflies I got when I found this skirt at Chic Wish that combines both. A full, voluminous silhouette and a maxi length made this skirt a must-have for me (plus the price on it is pretty unbeatable!) The colorful butterfly print was just the icing on the cake.

To style the skirt, I opted for a simple crop top that brought out one of the colors in the skirt. I scored this one at Forever 21 and it worked seamlessly with the high-waisted maxi skirt. To continue the red color pop, I paired these red strappy sandals and rocked a red lip. To even further bring out the bright colors in the printed skirt, these statement earrings from Teal House Collection featured the perfect green and blue hues.

I finished the look with this vintage Chanel bag I scored for a fraction of the price at my very favorite place to shop designer handbags, Trendlee.

This is such a fun look for a spring or summer wedding or formal event!
