Confession: throughout the first 17 years of my life, I was the absolute worst eater. I’m talking drive-thru cheeseburgers and fries and frozen pizzas with all of the sugary, processed packaged snacks in between, y’all. It wasn’t until my senior year of high school when I decided to try out for the pom squad at Texas (which required wearing skin-tight elastic pants and a sports bra) that I decided to change my eating habits (or really even paid attention to them!) The results were instant and obvious – my mind and body was at a happier state, and I quickly realized I didn’t have to give up the things I craved to adopt a healthy lifestyle. That’s why I’m so excited to partner up with my friends at Chobani to talk about how their new Chobani Flip flavors are helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle without giving up the crunchy, sweet, salty, creamy snacks I crave!

Click on the read more button below to read about how Chobani’s sweet, salty, crunchy, creamy Flips are satisfying all of my summer snacking in a petite, under 200 calorie package.

Making a switch from junk food to healthier options back when I was 17 made a world of a difference in my life, both mentally and physically. Granted, that was with the killer metabolism of a teenager, but it was the first time in my life where I chose to eat things not just because they tasted good, but because they were nutritionally beneficial, and seeing the positive effects it had forever changed my outlook on healthy eating. I realized I didn’t have to diet to eat healthy (and I still never have), and even better, I didn’t have to give up the things I craved. I just made healthier options to satisfy those craving, which is how my love for Chobani Greek Yogurt started in the first place.

As a girl who loves ice cream, one of the easiest healthy changes for me to make was to swap out my ice cream scoops for a creamy, sweet Chobani Greek Yogurt.  Flash forward to now, and my love for Chobani has grown even more because I can satisfy both sweet and salty, plus my creamy and crunchy cravings all in one. It’s become my go-to snack at home for in-between lunch and dinner or for when I need something to hold me over for that 11:00 it’s-almost-lunch-but-not-quite hour. Right now I’m especially loving the tangy-sweet Chobani Flip Key Lime Crumble – key lime low fat yogurt with graham crackers and white chocolate – YUM!

So what are ya waiting for? Go scoop up some Chobani Flip flavors at your local grocery store! I promise, you will achieve total snack-isfaction.

Fair-well xx,

Thanks so much to Chobani for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

No love here! If you support Chobani the junk yogurt, you are not very bright. Sing this to yourself every night before bed, “if I only had a brain”.
