Winter is practically here, y’all. One of the first unfortunate signs of winter’s arrival is how quickly it affects my skin. The dry, cold air means dry, dull skin (and always having extra chapstick and lotion handy). It’s around this time that my beauty routine needs a moisturization upgrade. The trouble with most ultra-hydrating moisturizers is that they leave that sticky, heavy feeling behind, which is why I’m SO excited about one of my go-to brand’s newest moisturizer: Olay Whips! It’s a new moisturizer from the skincare brand you know and trust that instantly absorbs into your skin, providing the ultimate hydrating look and feel without any heaviness or residue left behind.

All it took was that first day of dry, winter-like weather to appear out of the blue in Dallas earlier this month for me to see the effects on my skin. The next day, as I was sitting in front of my makeup mirror to put on my face for the day, I noticed super dry skin that was already peeling and cracking around my eyes, nose and even lips. YUCK! Thankfully, my new Olay Whip moisturizer caught my eye and I knew just how to solve the problem. I just applied a little moisturizer that morning and again that night to my face, and the next morning, the nasty dry spots had disappeared like magic! Olay Whip is also available with SPF 25. Just because it’s cold out doesn’t mean the sun’s dangerous rays can wreak havoc on your skin, and this amazing moisturizer provides all the protection you’ll need. But best of all, the thing I love about Olay Whips is that it instantly absorbs right into my skin without leaving any residue behind, so I can quickly pop on my makeup on top of it (because ain’t nobody got time to wait and let their moisturizer “soak in”).
