The groundhog has officially declared it y’all – spring will have an early arrival this year (and I do so hope he’s right!) In honor of this new revelation, I’m sharing a fun and floral look that’s perfect fir the transition from winter to spring.

I love the elegant, dramatic look of a full maxi skirt. It can easily be formal enough for a special evening, but I decided to dress it down with a classic rolled sleeve white tee shirt. To make the casual tee an appropriate enough pair for the skirt, I opted for a mega sparkly statement necklace and the girliest bow-topped heels (which I found on major sale!)

I brought out the pop of pink by finishing it with my whimsical Kate Spade book clutch and my pink and gold Kate Spade watch.
