POP OF RED

My favorite way to wear black and white is always with a pop of color, and there’s just something about black, white and a pop of red that is so timeless in fashion. I’m happy that crop tops are back for spring and summer and my favorite way to wear them is still with a high waisted skirt. I got this crop top from Zara a couple of years ago and I still wear it so often. A good white crop top is definitely a good item to invest in for the season. I got this sassy, striped pencil skirt from Byer California and it is oh-so-comfy. It literally feels like I’m wearing stretchy yoga pants, and could easily be worn to the office. I paired this white vest I snagged at She Inside with the look to add a little more coverage.

I added my pop of color with these red booties, which are perfect for a mild spring day, and this adorable wink clutch, which also inspired my own red lipstick. I wore gold jewelry with an edgy touch like this tassel choker necklace and zigzag bangle bracelet (from my latest Rocksbox set) to complete the look. The wide brim black hat makes this look perfect for a day at the horse races (or simply brunching with the girls).
