RED, PINK AND STRIPES + A RAFFLECOPTER GIVEAWAY

Although the combination of red and pink are often associated with this weekend’s upcoming holiday, I have to first make a disclaimer and say that I would happily wear it any time of the year. Since the countdown for February 14th is upon us, however, I thought it would be the perfect time to share this fun and flirty blush pink + poppy red look.

Along with being a color fanatic, I’m also a big fan of bold patterns, so my eye was immediately drawn to this black and white striped felt skirt. For the cooler months, it would also pair well with a cozy sweater and OTK boots, but I went with a fun top, coat + pumps combination for today’s date night or GNO-inspired look. I absolutely loved the pleated details on this poppy red peplum top, and it was the perfect pop of color paired with the striped skirt. A mini skirt and sleeveless top deserve a coat in January, so I paired this gorgeous blush pink pea coat, which is currently 50% off, to add another color pop. I complimented the light pink hue in the coat with these amazing pink bow sandals and these adorable tassel earrings (just $26!)

This is another fun outfit idea for Valentine’s Day or any fun night out with your guy or gal pals.
