I know PANTONE named “Greenery” (a bright and spring-y shade of green) as 2017’s Color of the Year, but can we all agree that they might have got it wrong? From the runways to the iconic princess dress from the reimagined Beauty and the Beast, yellow is having a major moment this year and I’m loving it! The bright and cheery color just exudes happiness and I love wearing it, so you can imagine my excitement to find this yellow dress featuring the most gorgeous pink floral print (and you’ll love the price too!)

Besides the amazing yellow hue, here are so many things I absolutely adore about this little yellow floral dress. For starters, the vintage-inspired, bold floral print itself is so eye-catching. It reminds me of some of the Dorothy Draper prints I fell in love with during my visit to The Greenbrier. Also, the combination of yellow and pink is probably the happiest on earth. Then there’s the darling ruffle action happening with the sleeves. Plus, the length of the sleeves makes it the perfect summer-to-fall transitional dress. What’s even better? The price! It’s just $64 y’all! For sizing references, I’m wearing a size XS and love the fit. Oh – and I went ahead and linked up more of my favorite yellow pieces from Nordstrom for you to shop below.

With a dress as bold and vibrant as this one, you can keep the accessories simple. I did opt for a hot pink statement bag (similar)  to bring out the vibrant floral pattern in the dress, but I kept my shoes neutral with these bow-topped Sam Edelman mules (which are currently marked 40% off!) Stay tuned for more summer looks here on the blog!

Fair-well xx,
