If I could make a list of the things I love to wear most, pink, sequins and lipstick would definitely top it. So you can imagine how excited I am to share this jazzy little look  featuring these black sequin party pants, a hot pink blazer and the cutest tee with you all. So excited, in fact, that I even got my dog Lucky to dress up in sequins for the post.

First things first, let’s talk about the Luck of my life (as I like to call him) – my yellow labrador puppy, Lucky. Lucky doesn’t know it yet, but this week is a very exciting one for him, because it’s the week his puppies are going to be born! We’ve been patiently awaiting the phone call or text that they’re officially on their way. What we do know so far is that there are at least 11 of them (there could be up to 13!) which is quite above average for a lab! We’re planning to take one of the puppies (a girl, most likely), so we’re especially excited for their arrival. Keep posted to my instagram to find out when they arrive (because this crazy pup lady will certainly be making an announcement!)

Because of this exciting week, Lucky is officially making a blog dog debut, in this ah-mazing sequin sweater I found by Bow and Drape. I’m obsessed with this brand already because of their adorable and oh-so-kitschy clothing and accessories for women, but when I saw this dog sweater, the brand climbed to the top of my list! Lucky was a bit awkward in it at first, but he quickly got used to his doggie clothes and I think he even likes the sweater now.

Now onto my outfit. I’ll first start off and say I’m so sorry that this amazing hot pink blazer is no longer in stock. It’s actually my sister’s and she purchased it from Forever 21 several seasons ago. I did find a similar one here for ya though. I love the look of a cute tee paired beneath a blazer because it makes for an outfit that’s perfect parts playful and chic. I adore this wink and kiss tee by Sincerely Jules and it was a perfect match beneath this hot pink blazer.

To add a bit more pizzazz to the outfit, I opted for these amazing sequin pants. I absolutely LOVE sequin pants for a fun night out or even as an alternative option for a NYE celebration. These pants are by Trouve and they’re only $89 and feature an elastic waistband that makes them super comfortable.

To accessorize, I added a little pattern play with my go-to leopard foldover clutch by Kelly Wynne and added one more pop of pink with these gorgy light pink tassel earrings by Lisi Lerch. I topped the outfit off with my new favorite sandals by Sam Edelman – just look at the adorable detail on the back!
