TURTLENECK SWEATER: Sheinside // PLAID SCARF: Sheinside // RED BOOTIES: similar Mod Cloth // FAUX LEATHER PANTS: similar Blank NYC // TASSLE NECKLACE: Kendra Scott // CROSSBODY BAG: similar Fossil
It’s hard to believe there’s only one sleep left until Santa comes! I’m so excited to spend the next couple of days celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior with my family. Days spent in making memories, indulging in delicious food and celebrating call for an outfit that’s cozy and festive, and this look delivers equally on both.
The knit turtleneck and oversized plaid scarf have been staples of the season, and there’s something about the two paired together that just epitomizes the warmth and comfort of the holidays. Since a turtleneck has your bundled-up-neck look covered, try wearing your scarf draped around your shoulders like a blanket (which may actually come in handy after your second serving of holiday turkey). I paired the cozy knits with my staple faux leather pants and these awesome red booties to tie in the festive color in the scarf (it also happens to match my red Starbucks cup perfectly).
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and the happiest of holidays!
