Two Babies, Two Cities
If you’ve followed my stories on instagram over the last few months, you’ve probably noticed we’ve been spending a lot more time out at the ranch in Archer City, Texas.
Archer City is a small town located two hours North East of Dallas where Cole’s side of the family is from. Since we got engaged, he’s been helping run his dad’s drilling company, which is located in Archer City.
About half way through 2020, Cole went into the cattle business with his grandfather, which is also located in Archer City.
Suddenly, commuting two hours back and forth to Archer City five days of the week simply wasn’t possible for Cole to do. So, we decided to load the family up and start spending half of our time out at the ranch and half at home. This is a temporary solution, of course, but I’ll be sharing more on what’s been going on with our family later.
For now, we’re raising two babies in two cities and Walmart’s grocery pickup and delivery has become an absolute Godsend for us all.
Walmart’s Grocery Pickup Review
You see, when I say Archer City is a small town, I mean like, really small. As in less than 2,000 people.
So the nearest grocery store, besides the Oodles, which has some necessities, is about 25 minutes away in Wichita Falls.
That’s why now more than ever, Walmart’s grocery pickup has become a weekly staple.
The process is so simple. You simply download the Walmart Grocery app and register for a free account.
Then, you find your nearest store, and start adding groceries to your online shopping basket. Once you’re ready to checkout, you can select the date and time you’d like to pickup your groceries.
Finally, when your order is ready, you simply drive your car up to your local Walmart, park your car, and your groceries will be delivered right to your vehicle!
