If you follow me on instagram, you’ll probably know that a cute top, mini skirt and heels combo is my go-to for date night (see date night mirror selfie 1, 2 and 3, for example). There’s something so flattering (and also sexy without being too showy) about a fitted skirt paired with a flowy top. I love them, so much, in fact, that I’ve rounded up more of my favorite mini skirts for you to shop below.

When I spotted this rose blush mini skirt, I knew I had to add it into my date night outfit repertoire (it also comes in a pretty grey hue) . Side note – for sizing purposes, Topshop always runs a bit small, so I ordered a size US 2 and it fit just right. To style the skirt, I stuck with an all neutral palette (shocker, I know!), starting with this adorable ruffle hem crop tee that I found for just $23 (also comes in black!) It is a crop tee, but only slightly, so it will still cover your belly button. I recommend ordering a size up just in case. I continued the neutrals with a contrasting black statement necklace that I scored for just $16, my go-to nude fringe sandals (only $55!) and my favorite crossbody bag by Kelly Wynne.
