Happy Sunday! I hope you all are having a relaxing day recovering from a weekend full of shopping, because tomorrow will promise even more amazing sales (stay tuned for my round up). But for now, I’m sharing a fun and sparkly holiday look that’s a great alternative for a cocktail dress this holiday season.

I found this flirty little velvet, off-shoulder top while seeking a dressier top for the winter time (one cannot live on flannels and sweaters alone). I absolutely loved the ruffled off-shoulder sleeves and royal blue hue of this one (you can shop it here or here in case your size is sold out). I found these pants and didn’t even think twice about putting them in my cart (because, sparkle, duh) during the same online shopping escapade, and it wasn’t until I received them in the mail that I realized what a great holiday outfit they’d make together. What I also love about these pants is that you can easily dress them down too with flats and a cozy sweater.

To style this look, I started with my hair, which I twisted in a top knot at the top of my head to accentuate the off-shoulder look of the top. This hair style calls for statement earrings, and this tassel pair from Bauble Bar did the trick perfectly (currently on sale for 35% off with code VIP!) Since I styled this look with a holiday party in mind, I carried my staple Kelly Wynne tassel clutch and finished the look off on a high note with these sassy sandals.
