Happy almost weekend friends! I’m celebrating the fact that it’s almost Fri-YAY and the return of spring, sunshine-y weather in Dallas with an outfit featuring a sunny little yellow dress that’s under $80. This dress was shot when I was 17 weeks pregnant during the girl’s trip that I took to the Hilton San Destin, so you can just barely see my little bumpie, but what’s so great about this little ruffled off shoulder dress is that it’s made from that stretchy-but-thick (and thus flattering) material that kind of sucks you in and will work with or without a bump.

Since it’s Thursday and the sun is out (and this girl needs a dose of vitamin D), I’ll keep today’s post extra short and sweet. From weddings to graduations, spring always calls for scooping up a few new dresses. I love finding dresses for under $100 that both stand out with that special touch and don’t skimp on quality either. This $76 yellow off the shoulder dress does all of the above. It’s no secret that yellow has been one of my favorite colors to wear lately (evidence here), and this dress is another example.
From the thick, but breathable material that flatters every figure to the detail of the ruffles and the ultra-feminine off shoulder fit, this little yellow dress is perfect for practically any occasion you may have this spring or summer. Since I shot this dress on the beach, I opted for accessories that made it more appropriate for a day time occasion, like my espadrille wedges and bamboo clutch, but it would look perfect for any formal evening paired with sleek black sandals and some turquoise tassel earrings.
