I absolutely love the matching sets trend that became big in spring and I’m so happy the look can be worn into fall with two-pieces such as this crop top and pencil skirt combo from brand Others Follow Fashion. Geometric patterns are everywhere this season and I love the black and white patterning on this set (the fabric is also oh-so-comfortable). Another thing I love about this matching set is that the pencil skirt is just high-waisted enough to touch the crop top, so you don’t have to worry about any peek-a-boo midriff showing during the colder months. Mixing patterns is so fun and this check patterned sweater coat from Chicnova (which is on sale for a ridiculously $16 y’all) complimented the geometric print on the crop top and skirt perfectly. These Jessica Simpson heels also went with the geometric theme of the look. Apparently I’m on a camouflage kick, but I just had to have this camo baseball cap from J. Crew Factory and I think it added a playful vibe to the look. This pearl choker necklace and Michael Kors studs are becoming some of my new jewelry staples and helped add edginess to the look. This is a fun, urban weekend look.
