They say there is no better friend than a sister, and I can truly finish that statement that there is no better friend than my little sister, Tiffany.  Being just two years (but three grades) apart, my mom often dressed us in matching bows and outfits, so I thought what better way to showcase some of the most darling accessories I found on Etsy than in coordinating outfits with my sis?  These adorable headbands are by The Sour Melan, a sister duo based out of Dallas, and these flower rings are from an Australian jewelry designer, RobjantCouture.

I absolutely love this look for a summer outdoor concert series or music festival, but we simply dressed up for a mini picnic in our backyard at home in Sunnyvale, made comfortable with this colorful Anthropologie quilt and my mother’s summer margaritas.  Both me and Tiffany’s cozy, boho-chic dresses beg for sandals to be thrown off and are all the more laid back and whimsical with this sunflower and purple flower headband from The Sour Melan. These unique floral headbands are handmade and simply tie around so you can wear them however is most comfortable.

From our days playing dress up as Disney princesses to dressing up for our latest backyard shindig, some things never change.  I feel so blessed to have this sister-friend by my side.
