I love layering unexpected textures, and the easiest time to do it is during the winter, when  knits, metallics, furs and materials of all kinds are at an abundance. This look mixes an array of fun textures for a fun winter date look.

To start, I found this metallic leopard mini skirt and was immediately drawn to the pattern (I’m a sucker for animal print). As a juxtaposition to the shimmer of the skirt, I added what has quickly become my favorite white knit sweater (obsessed with the fringe detail!) I finished it off with some classic black pumps (found a similar pair on sale for $30!), added a color pop with this turquoise statement necklace and completed the texture mix-up with a faux fur clutch.
